Drotex has developed a new product FRCOTTON® Series——CFR180AS is made of 98% cotton 2% anti-static multi-functional fabric.

This CFR180AS has been certified to EN ISO 11611(Protective clothing for use in welding and allied process),EN 1149-3(Protective clothing-Electrostatic properties-part 3:Test methods for measurement of charge decay) and EN 13034(Protective clothing against liquid chemicals).

The test was done at international laboratory BTTG in United Kingdom.

The performance standard is EN ISO 11611:2015 Clause 6.7.3 Flame spread - Edge ignition (A2),before testing the fabrics there is a cleaning pretreatment. The fabrics are tested in original condition and after five wash/dry cycles according to ISO 6330:2012 Procedure 6N(60℃) with tumble drying (Procedure F)(max. 80℃ outlet temperature). It passes A2 

Also the fabrics pass EN 1149-3 and EN 13034 with 30% H2SO4.

The fabrics is made of long-staple pure cotton with anti-static fire,offering ture comfort for human skin.It is lightweight and best used for workwear in light industry.
